Mintage: Germany 2016?

The Germany 2016 €2 commemorative coin "Saxony (Federal States series)" has a mintage of 30,000,000 coins.

Mostly low mintage issues, for example from Monaco, the Vatican or San Marino, and mint errors. A low mintage alone does not guarantee a high price.
